Beth Groundwater

Beth Groundwater has published eight short stories, including one in Wild Blue Yonder, Frontier Airlines' in-flight magazine, one which was translated into Farsi, and one which was performed in live theater. Her first mystery novel, A REAL BASKET CASE, was released by Five Star in March, 2007 and was nominated for the 2007 Best First Novel Agatha Award. It was released in large-print by Wheeler in January, 2008, and the sequel, TO HELL IN A HANDBASKET, was released in May, 2009. Her science fiction novella, THE EPSILON ERIDANI ALTERNATIVE, was released in December, 2009 by Virtual Tales. Lastly, Beth just signed a two-book contract with Midnight Ink for the first two titles in her new Mandy Tanner river ranger series. The first one, titled DEADLY CURRENTS, will be released in March, 2011. Beth lives in Colorado and enjoys its many outdoor activities, including skiing and whitewater rafting.
