Welcome to Kaye George's Author Page

Before she was a published writer, Kaye had jobs ranging from cleaning bathrooms in a tractor factory to computer programmer, with secretarial and bookkeeping stops in between.

She now lives in Texas, near Austin, with her husband and one remaining cat, Agamemnon, a rescued feral. (He was already named when he arrived, but it fits.) Because her grandkids are all over the place, she travels a lot. She's learning to pack.

Kaye George is an Agatha-nominated short story writer, novelist, and mystery reviewer for Suspense Magazine. Also, occasionally, a violinist and composer. She recently put out a short story collection and is the author of the comic mystery, CHOKE. Kaye is working on several other series ideas and querying for them. She lives in Texas, near Austin.
