Egner writes as Kaye George. She lives in Texas with her husband and one remaining cat, Agamemnon. (He was already named when he arrived, but it fits.) She has had jobs from cleaning bathrooms in a tractor factory to computer programmer. She is a classical musician and composes and arranges music as well as writing short stories and mysteries.
