In For Better, For Murder, Finger Lakes sports car dealer Jolene Asdale is about to close a deal to get her fledgling business in the black when she opens the door of her showroom Ferrari and a dead man drops out. It doesnt help the situation when her almost-ex-husband arrives to head the investigation or that her sister chooses the same day to disappear from the psychiatric center in the company of a new friend who may be on a convenience store robbery spree. Facing bankruptcy, a murder conviction, and a divorce from the man she still loves, Jolene must solve the case and save herself and her sister from a loveless life behind bars.
